Hello, my name is Patrick Buck. Welcome to my web-portfolio, where I show the professional, creative, and academic aspects of my life. I am honored that you have taken the time to view this page, and I would like to thank you for being here.

I have placed a great deal of importance in addressing questions, related to times where you might have looked at someone’s qualifications and thought to yourself?

“I can see what this person has accomplished, but I have no idea who they are.”

An emphasis on personal and professional aspects of my life concerning business, technology and future ambitions are described in the following sections. Evaluating the capacity of an individual to efficiently make practical decisions and cultivate a productive work environment, requires a level of understanding of that individual. Therefore, to establish credibility beyond the content included in a resume or cover letter; I have decided to create this webpage. I hope that I provide answers to all questions that you may have throughout the page. If not, feel free to contact me using the provided links.

Personal Beliefs + Professional Philosophy

Aspirations + Ideology

Strategic, analytical, and creative perspective paired with an interest in the expansion of business operations in cases where availability to assets is limited. My motivations originate from a desire to push the boundary of what can be achieved by not being confined by conventional ways of thinking.

On the other hand, including the importance of mitigation practices to ensure that there’s no room for ignorance in the decision-making process. This involves recognizing the importance of emotional regulation and not allowing for stubborn or rigid behaviors to transpire. Additionally, building confidence through data driven decision making and creating stronger tools to mitigate biases. The utility of this philosophy can be realized in a business example, where capital requirements can be lessened by creating the right tools to allow for powerful contributions to be made rapidly.

Achieving remarkable standards is a deterministic process that necessitates iterating through all viable options with unwavering persistence. This process includes a lifelong commitment to learning, covering a broad range cross-disciplinary topics; additionally, incorporating the intrinsic nature of systems and fundamental laws of physics that govern the universe.

I believe that a life spent trying to be the most noble version of ourselves that we can be, is a life well spent. I don’t want to be unclear in what I mean when I say noble, so going by the definition in the Merriam-Webster dictionary:

“Having, showing, or coming from personal qualities that people admire.”

If a society is well intentioned, and people admire morally founded and honorable qualities then aspiring to embody those qualities is worthwhile. Ideally, I hope that this would lead to deep fulfilment in life. The role that understanding our own conscious patterns has on our own personal aspirations is a meaningful exploration and a key pillar of self-development.

or more simply put, “learning from the world around us.”
